Chutney Crust Chicken with Mustard
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- ½ cup sweet hot mustard
- ½ cup Charter Oak Peach Chutney
- ½ tsp. ground cumin
- ½ tsp. curry powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. To prepare chicken, gently pound to flatten. Place in a shallow, covered baking dish. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Spoon sauce over chicken breasts. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 20-30 additional minutes or until done.
